Qué datos se tratan y para qué
Tu partida.
Algunas transferencias a EE. No vendemos tus datos.
Menores
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a soporte@wolia.app.
Borrar tus datos
No creamos cuentas propias.

What data is processed and why
Your game. Your progress (levels, stars, coins, tokens, settings) and a log of your games are stored only on your own device. You don't need an account to play.
Play Games. If you use Google Play Games on your device, the game identifies you with your Play Games player profile (managed by Google; we don't create accounts or see your email) and stores a copy of your game in Play Games “Saved games” so you can restore it on another device. It is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can delete it from the Google Play Games app or settings (see below).
Leaderboards. If you are signed in to Play Games, the game sends your total star count, your Daily Keel streak and your Endless record to Google Play Games leaderboards. These leaderboards are public: other players will see your Play Games name and avatar next to your score. They are managed by Google; you can hide or delete your gameplay activity in Google Play Games settings.
Advertising. The game is free and shows Google AdMob ads: videos you choose to watch for a reward and, now and then, a full-screen ad after finishing a level. AdMob may process your device's advertising ID, your IP address (from which an approximate location is derived), device and ad-interaction data, and crash and diagnostic logs from its own SDK, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent before the first ad; if you don't give it, ads are not personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the game menu → "Ad privacy" and reset your advertising ID in Android settings. More information: how Google uses data.
Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played (for example, which levels are completed or abandoned) and to improve it. It collects an installation identifier, device and system data, approximate location derived from the IP address, and gameplay events. Legal basis: legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the game. In addition, to measure our Google Ads campaigns (for example, how many people who saw an ad install the game and play it), Analytics may use the advertising ID and share this data with Google Ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it only does so if you accept it in the consent notice; elsewhere you can prevent it by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in Android settings. Data is kept for at most 14 months.
Who it is shared with
Only with Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which provides the ad, statistics and Play Games services under its own policies. Some transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@wolia.app. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Delete your data
We don't create our own accounts. The copy of your game in Play Games is deleted from the Google Play Games settings; uninstalling the game deletes the game data on your device. Details: how to delete your data.
